Solutions for industrial automation

By IOFactory we aim to provide solutions for automation systems based on embedded Linux devices. Our main product IOBlocks-PN is an industrial device with PROFINET-IO support but in constrast to a standard IO-device, it is programmable and allows to implement decentralized on-device logic for multiple custom tasks. Apart from designing IO-devices, our goal is to supply customized solutions for specialised tasks that are hardly to achieve with standard solutions like PLCs. We also focus our products in scenarios where interconnectivity, extendibility, low cost and fast development/commissioning have more relevancy than features like hard real time (where a PLC is the best suitable solution).
